The side plank is good full body street workout to strengthen your core, but also your shoulders and legs. The side plank is like a regular plank exercise but then you turn to your side.
Rest on your elbow with your arm in a 90 degree position and keep your body straight. Hold this position for 20 seconds and then swap sides. Continue to swap sides until you can hold it no-more.

Plank world record
As of May 2015 the world record for a front plank, resting on elbows, is held by Danish fitness instructor Tom Hoel with a time of four hours and 28 minutes, besting the previous record of Mao Weidong by two minutes.
